what is the system?
Well it depends on which usergroup u r.. If u r in 'Registered Usergroup'.. Then Maximum avatar's dimension is 100x100 & signature's is 300x100.. If u r in 'Administrator or Developer Usergroup'.. Then the permissions r different..
