Default Cannot Set My Sigs..Whats Wrong

hey

i just cant set my custom sigs..
in the edit sigs option i read

but i didnt find any option to do that

Also read that

but also found some using larger image (larger than 300X100) than the mentioned size..

atm im trying set a sigs for me.. see bellow


whats wrong with my sigs or with me ?
