Recipe: How To Cook ALU VORTA (Smashed potato in a Bangladeshi style)
Step One:
Buy Some Potato, Green Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Onion & Oil
Step two:
Boil the potato in water until they are tender. Drain the water.
Slice Onion, Green Chilli & Coriander.
Step three:
Peel the potato skin.
Step four:
Mash the potato and mix it with sliced onion, coriander, green chilli and salt.
Step five:
Fry everything in hot oil for 5/6 minutes.
