the girl usually gets blamed for it of shes "beatiful" and gets a promotion or something like that....now lets be frank...wouldnt you take it with out Q unless you CLEARLy had no idea abt the job or if you were getting harrassed? i would!! but its always the female's fault...liek why doesnt any one Q teh motif of the guy (usually boss is a male...and in this case would be!)....so why dont ppl think HES bad for onlypicking some one for their face?
