~ u know .. i actually put some thought into this even after i already replied to this thread before ..
hmm .. i think it's time for me to change my opinion (not entirely .. but a bit) ..
to be honest .. i don't mind when someone else is speaking a language that i don't understand .. cuz i don't need to understand as long as they r not talking TO me ..
in this case .. we r talking about a PUBLIC forum .. where there's a variety of different people with different opinions .. some don't understand certain languages .. nd some do ..
so i guess to make it equal for everybody .. we should be allowed to use languages that some people might not know nd also .. those people using the "unknown" language should provide a translation .. just like oYn had said before ..
nd i'm saying this because .. see .. a few days ago .. i was out with 3 of my friends .. 2 of them were bengali nd the other one was afghan .. those 2 were talking in bangla .. i understood but only my afghan friend didn't .. it did make the situation pretty awkward .. my afghan friend felt left out nd kept telling those two to speak in a language she understood as well .. so then we all spoke in english for everyone to communicate properly ..
so i guess it would be wise to use a general language around the forum nd also provide translations if other languages r used ..
(personally .. i don't really care about this .. i don't need to understand everything or poke my nose in everyone's business )
