y does this question even rise?? if sum1 (irrespective of gender) wants to smoke... they "can"... dat does not mean they "should"!! coz God has given u rights over urself... which includes taking care of urself... coz He has made u and no way tht u shud harm sumthing He has created... and God says clearly... dat if u ever harm a human u harm all of human race...
