Description: Vibe has something to do with - 'the mood or atmosphere created by the impact of a certain thing/being'. And that'll be the boys.
They will be creating a new and different atmosphere for the music lovers.

Line up
Shuddho Fuad Sadi – Vocals/Guitars
Saleh Hasan Oni – Guitars
Saber Ahmed Khan – Bass
Wali Md Akbar – Keyboards
Sabbir Hossain Turjo – Drums

Aug 1999
Shuddho (Fuad) moved into Dhanmondi, where he met Turjo (Sabbir). He had a worn-out guitar and Turjo, a 5-piece drum-set (forcibly held together). They tried a little experiment that – from their point of view – worked out pretty well. Shuddho already had this little practice of vocals with his father's (Mr. M.R.Sadi) help. On doing their little experiment, the boys realized that the presence of others was essential to add strength to it. So they decided to take in Rakesh as their keyboardist, who was the only musician left among their neighbours. The boys called themselves 'The Amateurs' (how better can one expect a child's mind to work!).
They jammed occasionally. The band fixed up a small show at Dhanmondi, Dhaka. The majority of the audience included their own friends, neighbours and family members. Naturally, the boys goofed. But both the sides were satisfied; "a performance without any experience could not be any better" – the audience.
The necessary equipments were arranged. The members took a short break for studies, and they finally had to carry on without a keyboardist. This didn't affect the metal numbers, but 'slow rock' definitely needed keyboards. Within a few months, Shuddho brought in Tanveer as their bassist and Nehal as their rhythm guitarist. The boys changed themselves into 'MethniC" ('Met' from metal and 'ethniC' for the touch of ethnicity in their music). But neither Shuddho nor Turjo was content with the way things were going. They arranged another show with Avik as their guest guitarist. Tickets and posters were printed, but the whole plan disintegrated. It simply wasn't meant to work out among these members. So the founders of the band were once again THE ONLY ONES IN IT!!

Year 2001
After quite an elongated break (2000-2001), the boys – with a complete new taste and focus – finally found Sourav as their bassist, sometime around April 2001. Sourav's friend Fahim happened to assist the band by playing the rhythm guitars. The band fixed another gig for June 2001 and as usual, a new dilemma regenerated. Due to some important exams, Fahim had to pack up. But this time the boys were determined, and Shuddho managed to talk Sabin (Saber) into the band. Sabin was both experienced in bass and rhythm guitars, though he took up the rhythms (another strong pillar added to the foundation of the brotherhood). Mr. Sadi booked a series of practice sessions for the band at Sound-Centre, and the band went on stage, finally prepared. The show was held on June 12, 2001 at Shamoly, Dhaka. A guest keyboardist was introduced into the show. Shubho was the guest vocalist. The crowd warmly welcomed the band's own compositions. Then the boys realized that their next step was to bring in a keyboardist for good.

Year 2002
(Formation of the band; the voyage begins) The search didn't last for long. Wali an extraordinary talent showed up. The band took him in. They named themselves VIBE. On July 14, the band went on air for the very 1st time (unreleased single: 'Durey Durey', Channel-I). Unfortunately, Sourav had to leave for Canada to complete his undergrads.

Year 2003
On Feb 9, the band's debut single 'Durey Durey' hit the market (Album: Agontuk; Label: G-Series). The band performed in a few shows with a guest bassist named Tanvir. On June 4, Tanvir was officially in. Then came along one of Vibe's most memorable events – October 04, 2003; Amazon Club. “It's going to be hard to forget this particular day! The stage, the sound, THE CROWD!” said Vibe. At the end of the year, Vibe officially released the demos of three metal numbers on the internet – 'Oparey Shorgo', 'Ojana Bhubon', 'Manush Namchey' – which won great appreciation among the underground society.

Year 2004
Somewhere around May/June, Tanvir had to say farewell to the band. Vibe had to undergo a drastic modification in its line-up. The band decided to end its struggle for any new bassists, as Sabin chose to be the savior by shifting to bass (his soul-instrument). On July 24, the band appointed Mashfiq as the new guitarist. The band worked on the heavy numbers and came up with three of their favorite tracks: 'Shopnodeb', 'Ashar Prodip Jele' and 'Joygaan'.

Year 2005
Unfortunately, after one whole year of amazing coordination, Mashfiq had to leave for the US to get trained as a pilot. The band had to undergo one final change in line-up. On July 5, the boys officially welcomed Oni into the brotherhood. On that very day, all five members of the band realized that their bond was by all means indestructible! From then on things just rocketed up for the band.

Vibe took part in lots of concers for the last few years and is currently working on it's debut
album, expected to be released soon.

Year 2007
