Mishti bhai, If u want to create great fear , there isn't a nice harmless way of doing this.Sometimes u have to be brutal in order to save humanity.

The only thing left is prevention.You can try to prevent the crime but i don't know whether such criminal mentalities can be prevented. Proper education may save some souls, but those who are rotten, they are born rotten,no education can alter their mentality( i indirectly know a girl who is raped by his own bustard brother,just to mention that ******** brother is very well educated engineer).

I think the parents can be key factor.They should keep a tight watch(i know this wouldn't work) and they should teach their children not to trust anyone and to tell them every single thing happening with them.
