Batman Begins - I actually don't consider Batman as a superhero. I guess he is the only hero who does not have any superpower, so when I first watched the movie I had very little expectation about it. But the way Christopher Nolan directed the movie was awesome with a very solid script (which most of the superhero movies lack) It's one of the very top rated movies of all time in imdb.
