Delilah babu, you didn't mention if he likes you too or as much as you r crazy about him.
Well, I think you should take your time, get to know him more, talk on the phone if you r comforable doing that. Just see how things go. If you think you r ready then let him know how you feel about him. You have nothing to lose.
I would usually let someone know that I like him, doesn't matter if he likes me or not. I usually express myself otherwise, the truth suffocates me.
And if it doesn't work out..don't worry at all! He is not the only guy in this whole world!
