hey, i had some questions actually, ..if anybdy of u wud b kind enough to solve my probs.

(1) Agey i remember je there used to b a grading sort of thing.. bside every Avatars der used to b like a LINE where it said +1000 .. or RED ones which were -1000 or sumthin lyk dat... i remember vry well je prothom dikey myn was Minus koto jani, n den went up to +somethin,, which was a good sign prolly.. anyways wherez dat thingy gone?? sheta ki ache? thakle Kibhabe ber kore?

(2) theres this thing which is always dere along wid all my posts.. a pic . beshi_jose lekha, wid 2 men ... people have different pictures.. its not the avatar thing, Niche ekta ektu rectangular shaped hoy normally.. wats this called ? and if i like to change it, how do i proceed?

(3) amar NAAM ki Change kora jay? .. as in beshi_jose was my irc Nick name ... its fine though, but ashol nam ditey cheley wud dat b possible? or is it usually the USERNAME itself..i'll have to make another profyl or wat?
