BGMEA has always been front runner of filing law suits against anyone and everyone. even it threatened to sue our caretaker govt. twice. once in 2006 and after that when a garment factory saw outbreak of "protest". But I am not sure whether these things really becomes reality or not. the association (BGMEA) runs with charity from all Garments Owners. who has the time to continue running towards court, while they can earn by seconds? who will pay for the case anyway?
with Mr. Anis being new president of BGMEA, I don't find it surprising to sue Star or Singer! well, to be very frank, if we turn our face to international scenario, we can have thousands of such examples. most of them settles without going to the court, under a Coffee cup, Air cooler and a nice big Conference Hall with a possibility of "Solo Show" exclusively for Habib in future. Just think it as a Theory! |
