There are no perfect relationships so compromises are important to an extent.But I won't do a 100% compromise from my expectation for sure..If i see a possibility in a relationshiop I will take a few steps forward,but will expect the other person also to take a few steps forward..
The number of steps will of course depend on the nature of relationship,if its a personal relationship and I really really want it to happen then I may make a disappropriate amount of compromises.
However if its an official relationship in question than I will accept very few compromises.If somebody is not good at their jobs then they should be somewhere else.Simple as that.
