They should not be very hard on members...they should understand that members are more precious than anything else in golpo and also they should not discourage any member or shut any member up directly or indirectly. They should correct the mistakes of a member (if the member is mistaken) but should not probably make fun of the members all the time. They should not be prejudiced in general. |
