The only actual punishment for this sicko bastard I can think of is, cut off his legs and arms and not to mention his weeny and let him live in one of those cells called the hole(without any light or fresh air) in some prison allowing him food once/twice daily and let him eat that like a dog with his mouth only and let him pee and poop right where he is.
Sounds horrible? Well he deserves nothing better then that! Death penalty is gonna be too easy for him.
