Ok, in the North Bengal, or my part of the world, this dish is very famous and its very tasty. If you can manage tengra mach (sorry I dont know the english) then you can easily make this delicious thing and have a good meal thereby.

ja ja lagbe:

1. tengra mach-half kg
2. alu-boro alu 2ta
3.begun- boro dekhe 1ta
4. Peyaj- boro 1ta
5. Holud-porimanmoto
6.Lobon-porimanmoto
7. Moricher gura- sadhmoto
8. soybean oil- 2 table spoon
9. ada abong rosun (either paste or chopped)- samanno
10.porimanmoto pani

ja ja korte hobe:

1. alu guli joto ta somvob chikon kore kete felun
2. begun ta o joto ta somvob chikon kore kete felun
3. burner ar heat medium kore pan ta gorom kore nin
4. soybean oil dhele din, 2 minute somoy din tel ta gorom hobar jonne
5. peyaj kuchi tel a charun aste kore, sathe din ada abong rosun ar paste
6. peyaj aktu lal hoye ale tengra mach guli (doya kore tengra mach guli age dhuye porishkar kore niben abong kete niben) chere din pan a
7. minute 4 narachara korun mach guli
8. alu ar begun dhele din pan a
9.baki moshla, mane lobon, holud, morich diye minute pachek narte thakun
10. abare ak mug pani diye observe korun
11. minute 15 por pani aste aste kome ashar kotha, pani kome gele and alu sidho hoye gele atake aktu narachara korun
12. pani akdom shukiye gele upore khub samanno tel diye namiye felun.

abar kheye dekhun kemon lage ....lolz...
