অনেক কষ্ট কমে ঠিক-ই কিন্তু উচ্চারণ এর ব্যাপারটা এইখানে জরুরী ।

২ টার উচ্চারণ-এ পার্থক্য কি ? আমার বাংলা উচ্চারণ-এ কোন সমস্যা নাই কিন্তু লেখার সময় বুঝতে পারি না কোনটা ব্যাবহার করব। আসলেই কি কোন পার্থক্য আছে ?

বলার সময় অত খেয়াল না করলেও সঠিক উচ্চারণ করতে গেলে হ্রস্ব-ই আর দীর্ঘ-ই এর প্রয়োজন আছে । দীর্ঘ-ই যেসব শব্দে প্রযোজ্য একটু খেয়াল করলে দেখা যাবে সেগুলি হ্রস্ব-ই এর থেকে একটু ভারী ও সামান্য বেশি সময় ধরে উচ্চারিত হয় ।

আমি একটা সোজা উদাহরণ দেই!

কি = প্রশ্নঃ তুমি কি দেখেছ? উত্তরঃ 'হাঁ' বা 'না'

কী = প্রশ্নঃ তুমি কী দেখেছ? উত্তরঃ বর্ননামূলক যেমন, "আমি অয়নকে দেখেছি"

সুতরাং এগুলি জরুরী বটে!
