don't try to impress .. it will screw things over cuz moms usually know our intentions, trust me . so, akdom normal acting korba. don't argue with her, do what she says .. nd just be the best daughter in the world. call ur friends to ur place often .. nd make sure ur mother nd them get along well (key point). don't tell ur friends to be extra nice with ur mother .. just tell them to be nice nd friendly nd cool. ur goal should be winning ur mom's trust nd not impressing her .

yea, exactly. if swimming is the only obstacle, then u should just learn how to swim. then i guess everything will be better than as it is now, right ?
