call centre ki jinish janen na? arey, the picture shows a man wounded with bullets and he called up the police station for help. the police have the system of answering the calls through a machine and there are various lines to be directed to the appropriate personnel. so, by the time a victim actually gets the line, its probably too late.....

dis lady called 911..da operator answerz da fone..nd da ladyz like hi..dis is not an emergency..i was jus wonderin if i cud contact wid one of ur officerz..who jus came on my door..i mean..u kno..itz reali rare tht a handsome cop dropz by at ur doorstep..wil u plz tel me how i cud contact him?..
nd guess wht?..da operator actually gave da lady her number..i think it happend like 3 weekz ago..either in da US or Canada..i'm not reali sure..lol..
