This letter has been declared as a 'Fake' from GP and we have been instructed not to circulate and discourage people from circulating it. If you ask me, i dont know. it does contain a seal saying 'grameen phone grahok sheba kendro'. But, official name of anything like grameenphone customer care would be 'Grameenphone Center' A.K.A 'GPC' and not 'grameenphone grahok sheba kendro'. There is a high possibility that someone is just making fun
