Career or Family ??

well.. it depends on my situation too.. before kids my focus is my career.. but after babies..they are my first priority
I've seen my mommy and aunts handle it .. Im confident I can handle and balance BOTH as well..

It depends on the situation. If I am in a situation where my family needs me and there are no other alternatives then I would say "go to hell career, I will come back to you later" In other situations I might give more priority on career. It's a judgment call and balance between the two.

A balance between both.Though I value family more than anything eles, career is also very important and crucial thing for a woman.
