It overall depends on a number of factors.
Mentioning few examples from our practical life--
Two children in a family. Both are brought up the same way from the same parents with the same teachings. In the end, one becomes a doctor and the other ends up as a terrorist.
A religious child comes up from a non-religious family.
Now my parents had always taught me how to lead my life in the best possible way. But as i grow up, few incidents come along my way of life and I start taking drugs. My father will have a heart attack if he comes to know about it and my mother will die on the spot. ----You cant say it happened for I was not reared up in the proper way.
Then again, some things are said to be in our blood. Like, I have few bad habits and my grandmother says they comes from my great-grandfather. no wonder he died long before I was born. So, some things are meant to be in our blood.
The above situations are mentioned to explain, no one is born good/bad. ANd parents cannot always be blamed for what a child is doing. It depends on the situation always. |
