When you toss a coin it turns up either heads or tails. The chances of heads are 50/50. Lets say that a coin is flipped 100 times and it turns up heads every time. Does probability change. No. There is still a 50/50 chance. Does this rule apply to life? A different method of asking the question would be does the past affect the future?

khaise eikhaney dekhi O' Level questions niya ashche...i remember doin' this coin thingy math in class, but dekhi chinta kortey hobe if muh past affects the future..but muh bottom line is : I do not think of the past...the only thing that matters is the everlasting present !

everything in life has a probability.... every factor in it has a probability...... and then these factors come together.... sth occurs... be it a failed exam... or a persons death....... a LOT of factors cause sthlike that to ahppen..... as for the religious ppl out there.... Allah knows our future rite?... wat i believe is... he is the ultimate mathematician... he knows the probabilities...and dus... he knows the future........ and i believe... if we can calculate such probabilities even we can ....if not calculate... make predictions bout it..... (just like we do with the weather now....)

i hope u guys got my point...... i put it in such brief dat its kinda hard to understand

there is not a 50/50 chance for that particular coin...it may be flawed...curved in such a way that it lands on its heads

the total probablity of having any side( head or tail ) is not equal to 100% , less than 100% . and the probablity of appearing tail is greater than head, since the weight of the head side is greater than tail side

there is no relation between coin toss and past! every coin toss is independent. so it's a 50-50 probability (2 events, 1 must happen). the past affects future iff the past event and the future event are related somehow. like i passed hsc in 2003 that doesn't affect whether or not will i get a good job! but that might affect when i complete the undergraduate program.

yeah I agree with Donotalo, it is only related if the coin is biased. I thik the title should be changed.

No still 50-50
because of time and air
it will be true if its done by machine in a packed area
