Should people suffering from psycological disords be found guilty of crimes they comm

I have been thinking about this topic for a while.....should people suffering from disorders like schizophrenia be held responsible for crimes they have commited like for instance if a A kills B but A has more then one personality and a personality that is not the one that is concious the most kills B, is A guilty of the crime....and if you think A is guilty how does he/she get punished......so maybe that isn't that easy to understand ......lets say the A's first personaility is called blue, his/her second one is called red...blue is the concious one the majority of the time, but red kills B then blue is charged with murder.....*sigh* my example is not that good....but I want to know your opinion...and you can use any other psycological disorder to prove your point.....

It's hard to diagnose these psychological disorders so some criminals use it to get away. If they are guilty for their condition then we have to make sure this thing does not repeat.

I think if the person who committed a crime is a victim of psychological disorder then he should be called an conventional criminal and should immediately be put in an mental institute for treatment and not causing any more damage to the society.

Oneke ase disorders er ojuhaat diye crime kore beray. Serial Killers for example. I'd personally say that ONLY after extensive examinations should people be let off the hook for committing crimes. BUT having said that, I'd also like to add that they shouldn't be TOTALLY off the hook. This is a very common xcuse every criminal uses to get away theze days. SO. I beleive this diseases shud be highly analyzed and proper ppl shud be assigned to take care of theze things... who are xperts at theze sectors. And the Victim shud immediately be taken to medical care as soon as they are found affected.

So. I think Its a lil harsh if.. a person sufferin frm a disease like this and unconsciously commits a crime shud get the maximum punishment. There shud Rather be special jails for thiz criminals (..or I shud rathr say.. patients) and Theu Myst not be allowed to mix wid a normal man.
