Chatting normally is an informal thing. As long the person on the other end understands, you are good.

i find chat speak to be annoying for some reason (Raiyan should stop too ). i used to be in that bunch a long time ago but then i realized, that when you spell correctly, it actually has more weight. at least to me it does.

I think it entirely depends on who you are. One of my friends is pedantic about her spelling and grammar, its always perfect even on MSN! And I never expect her to change that because it's who she is and it shows her personality! Same goes with incorrect spelling! I think, how you write while chatting is a subconcious decision. You can't force yourself to spell correctly/incorrectly, just be yourself!!

now in my point i will ask wut kind of mistake like we can say sry instead of sorry..to me its not a mistake but while some one says sory..thn definitely it is a mistake.nd thn its not good to me.

Problem is nobody taught me to write 'like' as 'lyk'. Probably I saw someone using it or I figured out on my own that 'lik' does not go. If we find someone using a word in a weird way then we can write the proper(?) one and probably they will use the ones we use.

The word 'page' already has a short form 'pg' so anything other than that will look odd.
