Reality is what evolves in time; truth is beyond time or eternal.
Reality is fragmentary; truth is unification or wholesome.
Realities are many; truth is one.
Reality can be measured; truth is beyond measurement.
Reality is perception; truth is realization or experience.
Reality is a touch of a blind man to the elephant of truth.
Realities are waves on the ocean of truth.
Realities are leaves on the tree of truth. Guyz , wht do u think about the difference ......share ur opinions ı ωαłκ αłøи€ αłł тħ€ ωαч øƒ đαяκи€šš |

If you take a glance at the definitions of these 2 words, you will notice that they both have several overlapping characteristics. In fact, reality is a part of the definition for truth, and truth is a part of the definition for reality. Though they are piece of each other you can easily distinguish them from one another. Now there are many standards to prove my point here, but all i can think of is aspect - or how you view it. In terms of reality, you have objective reality - the monitor you are staring at right now, your bones, the oxygen molecules you are breathing right now; and then you have the subjective reality - what you dream, what you think, your thoughts and such.
No one can really say what reality really is; its open to interpretation. Most of us call the objective reality the most real since we experience it with our senses, but a paranoid schizophrenic could say the "imaginary" - to us - people they see are a part of THEIR reality. Even though reality is a concept that just... is! you can easily alter it depending on the situation.
Similar to reality, truth can also be altered. While you can argue that there is no other way around truth and that truth is absolute, think back to the paranoid schizophrenic example: to us, what that person sees is not real. In other words, the truth is they do not exist. But to that person, they do exist. In other words, the truth is they DO exist.
What I am trying to say is that there is no definite reality and there is no absolute truth. It depends on the individual and how they take it.
