What is the solution? : Experience requirement in Jobs

Often your dream job or any kind of decent job requires some sort of experience and its at least a year or two. If you are one of those people who just graduated from college and got your bachelor's degree or MS degree then how would you cope with the situation? What is the solution for this problem guys? Are you going to be looking for entry level jobs or are you gonna go ahead and apply anyway even though in job description it says "2 years experience needed"?

Thats the funny part . all most all of them say that they are looking for someone with 1 or 2 years experience. if they dont take a fresh graduate, then how the hell does this fresh graduate get his experience!

in BD, we usually ignore if there's a requirement of 1 years experience.
