~ i want my husband to have both sides .. EXCLUDING the carelessness of course! .. he needs to be responsible in order to maintain a good relationship with me .. both our families .. our kids nd also his career ..
he needs to be flexible .. which is the most important thing ..
i don't want him to be all serious nd grumpy when we would go out for vacations or family gatherings .. nd i also would not want him to act all silly at his job! ..
so therefore, flexibility is all he needs .. he needs to be able to adapt to different environments at different times
