If a woman stays at home, the most obvious advantage is that she can take care of the household better ( that still depends, u will see :P ) . She can also spend more time with the children and have a stabilizing effect on them. As a result, they are less likely to become problems.

if a woman is expected to have a stabilizing effect on children, a man should be expected the same. If couples work, and pitch in at home equally, things will be very organized. Ive seen many families like that.. and I dont see anything wrong with it.
wats wrong with it... is old customs expecting the same, and the women getting married, giving birth fall behind in their career goals wen they are preferred to look out for things. that is wats wrong with it...

She would feel stifled and unfulfilled if her role in life is just to bear children, to look after them and to cook and wash for them. However if the husband’s income is substantial, she may not need to work.

in the future, i would like to have my own job, my own money for my own needs. shara jonom cheye beraitey parbo na. my future hubby and i will both work. cuz its better. and its a study, that most fights occur due to money probs. if i can work... i'll work till i die. make use of my time and not just be dismissed as a homemaker... lolz aint my style.. and i feel others are becoming more independent as well.

Alternatively, if a woman really must work, she could look for a part time job or a job with flexible working hours or, best of all, one in which she could do the work at home such as giving tuition or writing for magazines or journals and newspaper, or being an insurance agent.

we suggest that for women, but not men. its funny, how i never heard anyone say, " if a man must work..."
lolzzzzzz
we all gotta work... if women can, they should work, and couples should manage tasks equally at home.
balance... both pitch in, both work inside and outside of home.
jhogra lagley... kew karey boltey parbey na j ami beshi khatti. lolzzzz
imagine if both are breadwinners in the family... better quality of life, and the extra money can be used to help someone. pay for a student's tuitions, be sent to a good charity, most of all be accessible to help neighbours, friends, or foes.
prices going high.... no one can afford to stay home anymore, and even if u can, its better to be out, learning, earning money for future emergencies.
w/e...
women should work...
