Know when to speak up and when to shut up
I dont mean it in a rude way.

Have a balance btween modern and conservative views/lifestyle.
No extremes at either end.

Friendly and social with my people
He doens't always have to love them but the least he can do is try to be nice.

Respectful and decent

Someone I can talk with.
About just about everything.

Have the ability to admit he's wrong when he is

Have an open mind
Very important.

Be a good friend/partner

Onek beshi expectations....hmmm. Darn.
