Easy Shrimp: Ja ja lagbe: 1. majhari size ar shrimp (20 theke 22ta) 2. Onion (Boro akta/majhari duita) 3. Green chili(8ta) 4. Chili powder(according to ur taste) 5. Salt (according to ur taste) 6. Garlic (chopped garlic -1 tablespoon) 8. Butter (1/4 cup clarified ) 9. Lemon juice (accoding to ur taste) 10.cup of water Jevabe banaben: 1. Rinse the shrimp well and put those on the side. 2. Heat ur burner , keep it medium and set the pan on the burner with butter in it 3. Put the chopped onions, garlics and green chili and cook those for 2 minutes so that those becomes roasted 4. pour the shrimp into the pan 5. Add salt, chili powder and a cup of water and cook those shrimp untill the shrimps are pink 6. Add lemon juice and cook for a while untill the shrimp is cooked well. Make sure that the gravy is not too thick or neither its too watery. 7. Now serve it and enjoy!
