I have a question about the thread name...do you really cook alu vorta? or do you make alu vorta...i dont see any cooking here...lolzzz.

anyway the recipe seems nice...but let me tell you...i have better recipe..my alu vorta was famous in whole friend circle...lolzzzz

Recipe of Delilah Special Alu vorta:

Upokoron:

4ta boro boro holland alu
1ta majhari size ar peyaj
2.5 ta shukna lal Morich
Lobon
Sorishar Tel/Acharer tel (ruchi moto)
pudina pata(optional)
ak koya roshun
Ak chimti (literally ak chimti ) ghee

Prostut Pronali:

Alu dhuye pani soho pressure cooker a chapan.

4ta whistle ar mathay namiye nen (apnar pressure cooker nosto hole beshi somoy lagte pare)

alu gulo ke khosa chariye akti plate a rakhun

Shukna lal morich guli soyabin tel a veje uthiye rakhun mochmoche howar jonne

abar akta plate a peyaj kuchi, lal morich vaja, roshun kuchi, porimanmoto lobon, acharer tel ar pudina pata diye valo kore mekhe akta chatni banan.

alu gulu ke hat diye venge akdom mashed kore felun.

mashed alu r upor chatni diye valo kore den ghuttaaaaa

poribeshoner age halka kore ak chimti ghee diye den upore...

gorom gorom poribeshon korun....
