Ingredients:
• 2 Cups milk
• 1 Packet falooda sev
• 2 tsp Rose water
• 1/2 tsp Soaked tukmuri seeds



Cooking Instructions:
• Boil the sev in water for 20 minutes.
• Drain the excess water.
• Boil it in little milk over medium heat for 15 minutes.
• Add ice to cool the boiled sev.
• Put the sev in glasses.
• Add rose water.
• Also add soaked tukmuri seeds.
• Pour in milk and add ice.
• Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
• Falooda is ready.

1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 1/4 cups cold water
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp finely crumbled mint



Blend in a blender for 3 seconds. Serve cold. There are diff. flavors too...starting from mango,tomato,sweet...

noodles ...

1.Bring 400 ml water to the boil,add noodles and simmer for 3 minutes.
2.Add seasoning powder and chilli powder according to taste.
3.Ready to be served.

faluda sev means vermicelli like below pic






ROSE FALOODA
(for 1 glass)
1 tbsp of tukmaria (basil seeds/ sabja/ falooda seeds)

Place tukmaria in a bowl, cover with just enough water and refrigerate for at least an hour or two.

Take a tall transparent glass, add 2 tbsp of rose syrup, then gently spoon in the noodles and the seeds (they should be swollen by now). Pour the milk over this layer slowly. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.

* Falooda can also be made in saffron (a pinch dissolved in milk) and mango (substitute mango pulp for rose syrup) flavors
