There is no addon for vB like U 've requested.. U can use reputation system.. Either add a positive reputation or add a negative reputation.. N reputation must 've a comments.. Its required in Golpo.. Other wise u 'll face error..

What do u think of keeping record of User mobile numbers.none can watch it before they submit theirs and promise they will not misuse the number
