Do we get 3000 points for referrals or when the person to whom we referred the site registers?
Where can I view details about people who have given me rep.?

you get 3000 points when that person have registered and activated his account.

I sent invitations/referrals to a lot of friends and some of them registered and activated their accounts but still I didnt get 3000 points. Why? Why? Why?

becoz they registered..bt didnt put ur nick on referrals..they just forgot it..or they made a quick registration..n didnt notice this option..

as this option is optional..so they didnt care abt it..
