Default I disabled the email notifications....

you know, the option of receiving an email to notify us if someone replied to a topic or whatever... well im still receiving emails and its annoying me!

is this something i have to fix? if so, how?

User Control Panel > Subscribed Threads > List Subscriptions > Select all the subscribed threads & delete.
