Its suppose to be launched on Dec 16 (Bijoy Dibosh). We had this wish in our mind, but due to some unavoidable circumstances we couldnt manage to do so. Anyways as Nneel Bhai said, Icy & Disting are working their ass off to make it happen as soon as possible. What we really want is to launch the Portal+Forum at the same time.
