in Avro its very easy . Shift + R = Doy Shunno Ro.

Keyboard layout dekhle bapar ta bujhte parben.

" r " type korle normal "ro", "doyshunno ro" = shift + r, ekivabe
shift + t = "to" for togor
shift + th = "tho" for thakur
shift + dh = "dho" dhonuk
z = ontostho jo for zokhon
j = borgio jo for jamshed
shift diye onek alternate okkhor hoi, try and u will get them

tips: kono word e "ref" use korte chaile ager okkhor tay "hashanto" dite hoi, ami mouse diye dey, shortcut ase bodhoy like ami jodi korkosh likhte chai I will type "kor" then "hoshonto" then "kosh"

ami nijeo bangla r bapare khub beshi expert na , tobe kisu jinish bolte pari. due to some internal architecture factor , Mozilla FireFox supports the bangla fonts best. For some reason IE and opera shows little deviation. Thats why most of the Bengali sites/forums always promotes users to use FireFox. Actually this problem lies in the integration of brwoser, operating system and unicode.
