AntiVirus is something very esstential for every Computer user and specially for those who browses the cyber world.

There are many names. Norton, Mcafee , Trend Micro are very famous. But this is proven that no anti-virus can sucessfully detect all the viruses.

Again If you install more than one virus guard then there will be definitely a clash between programs.

Recently I have come to know after many browsing and searching that The best virus guard is KasperSky. It can detect maxm numbers of viruses. At least several website reviews claim so.

IF you ppl have any observation or sugesstion then give it here.

Never install 2 Antivirus Proggie at a time
Now a days antivirus can detect Trojan too....tho a second Trojan Cleaner can be installed togetherly with a Anti-virus..but real time should not be enebale for Trojan Cleaner.
Spyware can be installed with Anti-virus/Trjan clner.

Zonealarm is famous Firwall now it comes with Anti-Virus+Spyware
If Any pc have a anti-virus , zonealarm Virus gurad must be disabled..but some time for detailed chek..it can be enable some time for a check only...but it must be disable always ....

Okay..Why use zone-alarm + antivirus..
Each Anti-virus carry its own way to detect virus...& an anti-virus cant detect all the virus
so some time its better to use another anti-virus to check the local HDD.

Some Suggested Anti-Virus[frm my experience]

Norton Its works fine...tho i dont use it....it is preety resource hunger.
Pc-Cillin : not bad at all.

Some other free:
AVG : Okay its not toooo good.....it has a simple firewall...im using it currently

Panda: not bad at all.

..Okay...every one has there own opinion...its just my opinion only....

I'm using Norton antivirus 2006, and it seems to be satisfactory till now. I advice you to get Norton Systemworks 2006 if you'd like to keep your pc clean from any threat. (includes norton ghost, norton antivirus, norton cleanup.. pretty useful)

I'm using Mcafee Internet Suite 8 including latest Anti-Virus & Firewall.. N I prefer Mcafee.. Its good for me atleast!
