What you need to do is open Firefox. Then go to tools--->Options--->Content and then check whether box with Java is ticked or not. If it is not then tick it. If this doesnt solve ur problem then after signing in to gmail then scroll down and select the basic html view. This may solve ur problem.

Thanx Kenshin for ur kind suggestion.But unfortunately it doesnt work . Java is enabled.
firefox cant access to gmail.com so there is no ques to go for basic HTML view.

Just as I thought. Some times I get the same error when I am downloading something or other webpages are loading in my browser. This happens bcoz gmail requires a specific amount of bandwidth to load. Next time when you try to get into gmail please stop other tabbed webpages from loading and stop downloads. If this doesnt solve ur problem then contact your ISP and ask them to come and check ur pc and check why this problem occurs. Sorry if I cudnt help u much

Trying to share files in a XP pro home network, but every time wenever i try to access the shared folder on a pc in the workgroup its asking for the profile username nd pasword. I want to remove it. Anyone can help? I tried tweakin the registry but didn't help.

For oYn: u are being asked for the password bcoz the person who owns the pc u are trying to access has set up multiple profiles and passwords on his profiles. If u dont know the username and password of these profile then unfortunately u wont be able to access the pc. You can try one thing though. Check around your area to find the people who have taken connection from ur ISP. Then ask them for their profile name and password on their pcs. You can tell them to setup policies so that u wont be able to modify any files or the filesystem (for his/her satisfaction and security). I dont think the password can be bypassed by registry tweaks but I'll search the net for it just in case. It might be of use to me too
