Problem with netspeed!!

me again wid problem. I already posted my problem in Kenshins sticky thread. serial_killa tried to help me but still the prob persists(killin me).

My browser shows blank face almost everytime I enter a site. After trying 10/15 times the site appears b4 me. Sometimes not .( For example , I have net connection at these moment but cant enter any site except gmail! I prepared this post in MS word n just pasted now).

My ISP contact said that this is happening due to some users who consumes most of the allocated bandwidth by using some tweakin softwares. He advised me to use those kind of stuffs. But I don’t know much about stealing bandwidth from others.

I hope some experts in this forum can help me with the issue. Its annoying me!

errr..i guess u liv in bd..so unno much idea really
as u sayin tht ur net is workin but some pges works some not
yup it happens due to misconnection..lyk i had it too..bcuz i wos messin wiv my router lol..

i tink u shud use onspeed or slipstream for dial-up users
