i am having this problem when ever i try to use msngr

if its possible then help me

try - uninstall -reinstall MSN messenger

Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPI.DLL.BAK & reboot the system. The new PSAPI.DLL should be found in the \Windows\System32 directory and function normally.
