Default are all pvt uni's certificate acceptable????

AS far as i know ICAB(Institute of Charaterd Accountants of Bangladesh),the only institution in bd where u can earn CA certificate,accepts only 4 Pvt Universities certificate.
So, For the students who want to do CA but is from an un-recognized Pvt uni will suffer here.

CA means Chartered Accountant or Chartered accountancy
ACCA keo oneke CA pora mone kore but its totally different.ACCA korar por atleast 2 bosor lagbe CA Korte
ANd CAT means Certified Accounting Technician
