General

» We will not tolerate rudeness, insults, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Heated posts are fine for debates or discussions but not personal attacks and our decision is final in these matters.
» Offensive user names, user titles or intentional copying of an existing user name is not allowed. We reserve the right to change any user name that violates these rules.
» Opening another user name (cloning) is discouraged.
» Moderators have the right to interpret any post/message and decide if it is offensive/ abusive without an opinion from the poster/member.
» A member has the right to complain against any action only in the proper place. It is discouraged to initiate any argument against a Golpo staff's action anywhere outside the "Help & Support Desk" forum.
» Any kind of abuse toward our members will be dealt seriously.
» Rules are subject to be changed without prior notice and our decision is final in case of any new situation that has not been covered in the rules.

Forum

» We reserve the right to remove any offensive post or thread without prior notice.
» Adult contents are not allowed anywhere in the forum. Golpo administration is the sole arbitrator to decide what does and what does not violate community standards.
» Religious discussion which might lead to a debate is not allowed.
» We encourage members to report post/thread which they think is wrong or violate forum rules. Please mention the reason clearly and don't discuss reported posts elsewhere.
» Do not post or PM us saying another member is violating the forum rules, please use the report system.
» Do not discuss topics like hacking or online money making techniques.

Post

» Post in English or Bangla using English alphabets. When using any other language please provide the translation too.
» Do not open meaningless thread, and make sure if any similar thread exists before opening a new one.
» Unnecessary signs are not allowed in thread title and please maintain proper caps.
» You are solely responsible for the content of your posts. Use the 'edit' button to make changes.
» We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without prior notice.
» Stay on topic, for off topic use off topic threads.
» There should be at least 3 posts or 3 hours gap between two of your posts in a particular thread. But there are exceptions in some discussion threads. Consecutive posts will be merged without any notification.
» If you need to talk to a person use our PM feature instead of alternating posts.
» Multiple or repeated posting to increase your post count is not allowed.
» Do not use font larger than size 3. All post larger than 3 will be moderated without any notification.

» Avoid religious topics that might lead to a debate.
» Personal attack on another member will not be tolerated.
» Member's blog is not the place to discuss disputes between members. Any Discussion related to the dispute will be removed.

Signature

» Linking to a personal blog/site is fine. But, advertisement or commercial links are not allowed.
» Linking to a site that does not follow Golpo Standard is not allowed.
» Any offensive comments/ remarks in the signature will be removed without prior notice.
» Maximum 2 images allowed but make sure the images together do not exceed 300x100 pixels.

» Sexually explicit images are not allowed. We reserve the right to remove them.
