why dont you simply use the <new post> button ?

Hey,
to start poem competition,at first open a thread where poets will submit their poems.there will be deadline to post poems.but anyone can post their old and new poems.after the deadline post a poll there with the name of the poets.u can make it compulsory to vote in the poem competition so,the real poet will win.and all can see their popularity.the poll will also have a deadline.then u can give the winner a new title or badge "poet of the month" type

U can give points to winner-1,00,000

this is a copy of the BF's poetry contest idea. that is a poor system, and we simply dont intend to do anything by their method. we'll come up with one of our system. thanks for the words though
