Medical degree in the UK

my cousin is currently doing his MBBS in Dhaka,Bangladesh.
he wants to acquire an FCPS degree from the UK.
can you tell me from where he can do it from?some reputable university w/reasonable fees would be nice,though he is willing to pay.
don't know not much about FCPS but maybe its a 'lower' one from what I heard.
also what are the requirements,for getting accepted ?

nice one...it wil help me a lot...but as per i knw cost of FCPS n uk is very much expensive....i m waiting for da reply of FRIEND
