Quantum Method Meditation Course

The Quantum Method Meditation Course is a four-day course that provides basic training in Quantum Method – the ‘science of living’. It is a combination of meditation techniques and life principles that, if applied, will bring peace, health, happiness and success to your life.

Since it's beginning in 1993, the course has been enormously successful and popular in Bangladesh. It is the first meditation or self empowerment course to complete 225 consecutive batches in Bangladesh— which itself is a testament to its popularity. Participants have come from all walks of life: 70 year old men and 12 year old children, professors and students, artists and religious leaders, politicians and journalists, housewives and teenagers, professionals and frustrated job seekers, famous celebrities and ordinary workers all sit together to take part in the course. Thousands of experiences reported by the participants testify to its effectiveness.

The course is unique in many respects, including the following:

Charity Bank
Quantum Foundation’s Charity Bank Program is a novel and unique program that reveals the power of organized charity. Under this program, small ‘charity banks’ are distributed by the foundation to members of Quantum and the general public, who accumulate donations in them. After a period of time the banks are collected back and the donations are used to finance various social service programs. Over the past few years, there has been a dramatic rise in the popularity of the program, with total annual collection rising from only 18,000 taka in 1998 to 1,59,84,382 taka in 2006. Today, the fund generated through the Charity Bank Program is used to finance an ever-growing range of Social Service Programs, from schools for destitute children and rehabilitation shelters for abused women, to forestation and malaria eradication. The program is a testament to the fact that when used collectively, small individual donations can go a long way in bringing long-lasting positive change in many peoples lives.



Over the past few years there has been a dramatic increase in the total annual collection from the Charity Bank Program. We encourage everyone to give a portion of whatever they have to charity. Why is this blood safe?


Every unit of blood and/or blood components is collected from ‘voluntary’ donors.
Every unit of blood collected is put through the five screening tests mandated by the World Health Organization: for AIDS, Jaundice or Viral Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis, and Malaria. Samples are discarded and destroyed even if there is a very slight indication of disease or if the screening yields inconclusive results. A team from Japan visiting the lab
Every unit of blood is put through the rigorous, three phase compatibility test, (at room temperature, at 37 degree Celsius, and Coomb’s test) before blood is supplied. About 5% of patients risk being harmed if this 3-stage cross matching test is not performed.
The Quantum Lab is managed by our own dedicated staff and experts and is equipped with all necessary equipment including a blood component separator (centrifuge machine), a modern Elisa machine for screening, a refrigerator capable of generating temperatures as low as – 90 degrees Celsius, and a platelet incubator to store platelet.
Because of its uncompromising attitude in ensuring blood safety, the lab has earned the trust of expert physicians across Bangladesh in matters related to blood supply.

The meditation festival
The meditation festival is by far the grandest program in Lama. Meditation is very helpful for purifying ur mind, u can increase ur confidence level through meditation. If u don't have enough time to join Quantum Foundation you can try yourself by buying CD which is availabe in almost every reputed CD store. There also some books published by Quantum foundation which are very helpful for self developement. You can start by buying "ATTO-NIRMAN".
