officially bangladeshi literacy standard hoilo , " a person capable of writing a letter at any language" ... but eita modern age e ochol

hmm..khali nam likhte para manei literate noy..
anywaz..i think it should be upto HSC..i mean hsc completed..
coz BD iz not a developed conutry..it iz a developing country..and if amader standard level HSC pass porjonto hoy thn i think we will be more developed and then automatically standart level o up hoye jabe..
1st ei graduation/under graduation level target kore rakha ta mone hoy tik hobe na.. |
