AKTEL and CUSTOMER SERVICE - First hand experience

I havent posted a thread for a while. I hope this one is worth clicking "New Thread". I had had a wonderful little experience and I am going to share it with you.


Below is a mail that I sent to AKTEL. However, the mail didnt pass through, it got bounced by from postmaster @ hotmail , that is because the email doesnt exist.



The AKTEL website ( Welcome to AKTEL ) told me I should mail 123@aktel.com

So i mailed them

after a couple of minutes i get a reply ...

i call 123, after 5 minutes the computers tell me to dial 124, where i will be charged.

i am desperate.

so i call them, and they put me on hold for a long time.

Frustration, i hang up and scream ! .. and now i am mailing you to find the solution.

What is the txt msg centre number again ?

oops.. sorry .. did u put it in your website ? or i cudnt find it ? ..

i cant believe that the website is so poorly maintained and designed. i pity you people paying so much money and getting nothing out of the deal.

how many operators do u have on the help line ? .. they are pretty stupid by the way, i talked to them once. even I can do better than them and my english is A+ :P .. plus i can make a faaar better site than what you have : )

please send me the SMS Centre number , so that i can sms finally ? ..
