Brain drain is the depletion of the intellectual or professional resources of a country through immigration. Such type of migration has been going on for decades .


After doing undergrad many students go outside for higher studies and get involved in some lucrative jobs in those foreign countries.
SO, Human capital, strategic resource, is flowing out of the economy of Bangladesh where it can make the greatest contribution to human welfare.

The ones who are educated and capable of contributing towards the growth of the nation, prefer to live abroad in almost every cases.

Statistics show that between 1946 and 1961, 43,000 scientists and engineers, "many" of whom came from the less developed countries, emigrated to the United States . Moreover, over 90 percent of Asian students who arrive for training in the United States never return home.


so can we say:

"BRAIN DRAIN IS HARMFUL FOR THE COUNTRY."?

get rid of crimes and corruption and political violence.
Improve the educational facilities.Create an friendly education environment.
and elements like Shibir and Chatra Dal and all those student political wings should be banned.

And We have to make sure that there is nothing called session jot

may b we are the birds of the same feather but someone may oppose by sayin that The students who r stayin outside can improve their knowledge, get in touch of latest technologies and so on;they can serve the country later on. the facilities u r askin cnt b ensured drustically without learnin fm others.
